Who says, you cannot do farming online? I am but not anymore. Blog farming can be lucrative business than traditional farming. But first, what is blog farming? In simple term, blog farming is an act of creating (planting) and maintaining (growing) blogs with and end-mind of selling the same in the near future.
Before I continue, I'd like to make it clear that I don't engage in blog farming not that I don't have sellable blog but it has something to do with the values in life that I have.Blogs for them to be called profitable, they must have significant traffic, volume of new visitors, volume of regular readers and higher earning history. The more the blog is profitable, the more it becomes sellable.There are bloggers and webmaster who sell their work incidentally and there are others who really engage in active blog farming.
What surprise me is that these farmers often put a price tag on their readers. Googlepaid approximately $32 per user for YouTube. Fox paid approximately $21 per user for MySpace (or less depending how you figure it). Just last week someone paid about $14 per member for ShoutCentral on eBay. So $7 per user for an active social Network and blogging site seems like a bargain basement sort of price. Blog readers are our blog's life blood. They are the reason why we keep on giving and they are the reason why we profit from blogging. We strive to increase our readership for our blog to become more profitable. But have you realize, there is a price tag for every reader?
